These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pknew ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of pknew's services ("you", "user").

By accessing the pknew website or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

These Terms have been prepared for easy reading in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall apply.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any services on pknew, you must be at least 21 years old. We may request documents to verify your age at any time. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. pknew reserves the right to close all accounts if the same person, address, device, or payment method is used to attempt to open multiple accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to verify your identity in the interest of security and fraud prevention. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for this purpose. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if verification is not completed within the specified time.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

• Never share your password with any third party.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.

4.1 Deposit Methods

pknew currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (same for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. For bank transfers, the time may vary depending on the bank's working days and schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If your account is not verified, additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pknew offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only, not including the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated at the time the offer is announced.
• A bonus is applicable only once per eligible account.
• pknew reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or circumventing the system.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn from the account before the wagering requirements are met.
• pknew reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

pknew maintains four VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits, and players can advance to higher tiers based on their playing activity.

pknew is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are governed by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are independently verified.

• Players must follow the rules of all games.
• The outcome of each bet is final and cannot be changed, except in the case of a technical error, which will be reviewed.
• pknew reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses awarded due to a technical error or malfunction.
• In sports betting, no bets will be accepted after the betting market has closed.
• If a result is in doubt, pknew may suspend the payout until an investigation is complete.

6.1 System Errors

If a software or hardware error causes an abnormal or incorrect game result, that bet will be declared void. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pknew platform:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent wagering requirements.
• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated gaming scripts.
• Placing bets fraudulently with known parties (match-fixing or collusion).
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment method.
• Transferring or selling account ownership.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• Harassing other players or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

12.2 Closed at pknew's Discretion

pknew may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Legal directives from authorities.

pknew reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
